ST. FRANCIS Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
designation: N/A
vineyard: N/A
region: California - Sonoma
review date:
2007-08-30

This wine has a great future should you decide to hang on to it. Tightly wound fruit that exhibits the possibility of huge berrylicious flavors in 2009 maybe, 2010 at the latest, expands the horizons for this wine to become much more than it is at the present. This will raise the wine’s score to around a 90 maybe more when tasted in the future.

As for now, it drinks well and will serve as a good accompaniment with grilled meats and substantial comfort food. Forward tannins will cleanse the palate and the finish is flavorful and full bodied making this wine a complete package and considering it’s aging capability I will expand that statement to say it makes this wine an attractive complete package (MDME).
