Great flavors from the Anderson valley outpost of the famed Louis Roederer Champagne house; this wine proves the Anderson Valley can produce some of the best wines in the world. It will compete with any and all champagnes including the one produced by the parent company Louis Roederer. Opening with vanilla and yeast aromas, flavors move towards peachy, strawberry, citrus and doughnut dough. The feel of the carbonation exudes a texture of sexiness making this a complex rich, dry and smooth tasting experience. This sparkler is exquisite enough for any celebration and it works as a wonderfully selfish treat should you decide to pamper yourself or a loved one (MDME).
