This wine exhibits all that is exciting about the wines from this region. Unique individual style and classic winemaking techniques make this 100% Tempranillo a standout. Favorable weather in 2005 produced some fantastic fruit and this wine was definitely made from some of the best of that harvest. Sweet black cherry and cedar cigar box aromas are mingled in this powerful, silky textured, big smooth Spanish wine that will lure you with it’s plumy fruit forward flavors delivering hints of chocolate that keep giving through a long plush finish. ~Marc Hinton
