Bouchaine Chardonnay

This is a full-bodied Chardonnay that speaks with terrior first and winemaking technique second. It is big and clean on its opening notes, showing a good bit of acidity that is deftly balanced with the forward fruit. The oak is subdued and the malolactic not

apparent and expressing a luxurious texture. That attribute alone is worth the asking price regardless of everything else, but guess what, there is no other detrimental characteristics - it is a great wine and it will work in a cocktail situation or a serious food pairing. The elegance of this wine will impress all guests at any table it makes an appearance on. ~Marc Hinton
