This wine blind tasted like an old world wine, but clean, pure, light and well balanced with a good amount of acidity. It totally fooled me! I said “Old World Dolcetto” but made in a modern way. What the wine delivered on the palate was perfectly ripened strawberry with pure red fruit frame tannins that command respect.

In fact, the wine is a complete package that commands a lot of respect. This wine will fit the situation where you would pour any high-end Chianti and do the job better. Broad culinary applications will make this wine a great addition to any dinner table. ~Marc Hinton
