Brokenwood Cricket Pitch

Smooth blend of 42& Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot, 14% Cabernet Franc and 10% Shiraz with the parts becoming an expression of a total package that was very pleasurable to consume. Great quality: balanced, held up well for being

seven years in the bottle. Complex and savory flavors held up well, spicy and rich with the Cabernet dominating the richness of the Shiraz, although the Merlot adds a bit of softness. This is a bold wine and worth seeking out before it is all gone. Drink now. ~Marc Hinton
