M. Chapoutier Latour Domaine de Bila-Haut Grenache

A big bold blend of Grenache, Syrah and old vine Carignane varieties, this wine delivers loads of flavor. Aromas of dark fruit and herbs de provence carry into the opening flavors as they cascade across the palate boldly wrapping the taste sensors in a swirl of smoky meatiness that fulfills instantly. A medium long finish with no distractions makes this an attractive wine from an up and coming region previously not appreciated as a producer of quality. ~Marc Hinton
