2007 Foxes Island Sauvignon Blanc Seven Terraces

This wine produces a symphony of flavors that few can obtain, which is focused, driven and tightly wound. On the nose, nuances of grass and apricot shine through. On the palette, it’s full-bodied, round and opulent with citrus flavors of grapefruit, passion fruit and lime enveloped with a dash of minerality; good structure and acidity with a long, enticing finish.
